Hi there!
So how do you find people who can help with your career? How do you meet them? How do you get in the inner circle? This all depends on YOU!
The best place to start is at you company's conventions. This network is already in your company and what better place to start?
(5 to 10 years remember)
The next place is at generic Network Marketing Training Seminars. Attending these are mandatory. There are many top earners attending them and they're not all there for the training. If you live in a place that hosts a major MLM convention every weekend such as Las Vegas, you should be raking in the bucks.The best from all over the world are coming in there every week. If not, find them.
Unless you are building a professional 5-10 year roladex, this industry is just a hobby for you. You're only doing the minimum to become successful. You're not thinking like a successful leader/earner yet.

This is a new beginning.............................
First you have to start thinking 5 to 10 years down the road. What you do TODAY will have a direct impact on the rest of your career IF you have the forsight to plan that far ahead.
Always remember, that this business is 10% about you and about 90% about who you know.
Second: You have to professionize your data base. Each new contact is very important to you. You need to keep complete details on everyone. Who they are, what they're about, hobbies, families, birthdays etc.
Third: You need to find your target audience: Other networkers. I'm talking about true networking and relationship building. Your goal is not to sponsor these people now. It will be your goal for the future, though.You TODAY GOAL is to create long-tern relationships with people building trust. This is worth waiting for and working for. Professional networkers only work with people they have come to like and trust. It's an inner circle and you have to take the initiative to introduce yourself, because there's no need to work with a strager when you've already introduced yourself to the A-List.You (as a stranger) have to chance of sponsoring a professional networker.
So how to find them? How do you meet them? How do you get into the circle?

Now that we have discussed yellows, blues, greens and reds, can you pick out which people are which colors? Since everyone has a little bit of different color personalities, you'd have to pick out the color that is primary for each person. If you can, then you will be able to judge which ones would be good working for you.
As you meet and listen to people, get in the habit of spotting the different colors in their personalities by using the clues we've discussed. Use this technique every day. Make it part of your life. I guarantee you'll be glad you did.
85% of the population (Blues, Greens, and Yellows) work well with network marketing plans that pay down deep or to infinity. Reds (15%) are better with unilateral plans.(unlimited width)....
Even though you must decide which ones you will deal and work with, it's always good to have the majority in your favor.
Wonderful things seem to happed when you actually listen to people. To spot these personality colors, you must listen. It will change your life as it has mine. Since these personalities are really a blend, I have had to learn to be a chameleon with people.
I used to have little to do with Greens (35% of the population), because they took so long to make a decision. I wouldn't even return their calls. However, I learned that I was losing 35% of my potentials because a Green never will quit. They're not like Blues who you can put into business, and they'll never do anything. The thing Blues do is put you in contact with lots of good people.
Remember, that network marketing is a teaching & mentoring business. Yellows & Greens are so good at MLM. Wow, and they make up 70% of the population. Let them know that it isn't their fault. Network Marketing is not for them. Reds tell everyone it's just for selling, but they're wrong about it. Network Marketing has everything to do with teaching, training,coaching and mentoring people. When you really understand a persons personality, you have the ability to inspire them to great lengths.

Hello again,
Well, we've talked about yellows, blues and greens. Now it's time to talk about reds.
Reds take up 15% of the population. Money is their motivation and their focus. They really don't care when or where you went on vacation or if you had a good time or not.They don't care to discuss your family either.That's it with reds. They just don't want to talk about it.
They only want to talk about money......$$$$$$$..........$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!
They do well in a stair steo breakaway compensation plan, because they think network marketing is a sales business. In this kind of plan, they can put 5 people on their front line and if one of them produces, they never bother putting snyone underneath them. They're just looking for someone who will build for them. They start by getting 15%. Once that person reaches $50,001, they will break away and the original red will receive 5% forever. That's okay with them. They just keep looking for other reds like themselves and they're in good shape.They keep getting those 5% retentions and it's just a sales job for them.
You will find reds as Corporate CEO's. They're the ones who get the job done and everyone in network marketing is looking for them.
The fallacy is is that reds are uncoachable. They order people around and are known to have the biggest egos. It works in corporate America, but NOT IN NETWORK MARKETING.
You will wwant to sponsor reds, because they put you in contact with people with power. They know people who own business, head states and lead. You may want to get reds to work for you, but you wil never be able to mentor them. You will have to let them do it themselves.
However network marketing is NOT a sales business. Reds drive people in this field away. Retention for reds is very low.

Hi there!
Are we ready for the next color of success. We've discussed yellows and blues. Are you any of these?
Now we will discuss greens. These are the people who can take the blue ideas to the next level. They enjoy difficult compensation plans and do well with them.They believe there is no one smarter than they are and want to know everything about what you're selling. You will know they are green right away.
It is impossible to sell them so don't try. They have to sell themselves after they've read everything there is to read about your products and business. They'll go to all of your links to read them.
You must give a green all the information you have. If you have more websites for them, give them to them. Answer all their questions.
You have to let GREENS inspect your information at their own pace. You can't be too pushy. After awhile they'll be ready to tell you that they want to proceed with your business. They've decided this is the business they want. Greens will build a business all at one time. Nothing will be too big for them to swallow.

Last week we said that if you want to color yourself to the top, you must be a chamelon. We talked about Yellow Personalities and found they were people who did not want to be sold. They are the nurturers.
This month, we are going to discuss Blue Personalities. These 15% are into having FUN all the time.. They are the world's most creative people, and they jump from business to business. Their businesses are usually oin sales. They see the big picture immediately. They don't want or need to know everything about it. They need to move along piece by piece.
If you sponsor a blue, they will go deep and make massive spillovers. A lot of things happen quickly for them. That gets them excited.
You must be very excited with them. They like things like high roller coasters, scuba diving, and just having lots of fun!!!! If you meet them on the street, they may be wearing a very colorful short and a big hat. They'll talk about vacations and family, but they really want to talk about real fun things to do.

They study personalities. The Greek physician and philosopher, Hippocrates, wrote about 4 basic personality types 400 years before Christ.
Dr. Carl Junger wrote an indepth book about the same subject in 1921. He called the 4 personality types Sendor, Intuitive, Feeler and Thinker. Later on Florence Littauer named them Sanguine, Melancholy, Phlegmetic and Choleric. Many others have written books on the same sublect since then.
Success has a Color. It's a subject, when used correctly, can have a most positive impact on lives and business. So we will color the 4 basic studies on personality. It will be easier for you to understand and lead you to the top of your businesses. "To color your way to the top, you have to learn to be a chameleon."( From Success in 10 Steps)
Yellows: 35% of the population. Nurses, schoolteachers, UN workers, the people who take care of other people. Their heart is in everything they do. Their time is spent helping others and giving. They can build large network organizations if they BELIEVE they can do it. They don't like pushy, and aggressive salespeople.
You must become a yellow if you talk to one of them to recruit them. Slow yourself down and don't speak loudly. Don't become outwardly too excited. They see your trying to sell them as hype when you get too excited. If you tell them you make too much money a month, or week, they'll turn you off.
When you see them, skip the business, and discuss their family, kids and vacation.
They do well in infinity plans and not step breakaway type of compensation plans. An infinity plan pays them to work deep, deep, deep. A step breakaway plan puts 5 people on your front line, until you have a certain amount of people and people under people and people under people. You must spend all your time on first level recruiting.Yellows are not for this.

MLM is a people business. And that's it.
Togetherness is important, because if you do things together, you create an effect much greater than the sum of the parts. People use your products, and there people use your products and so on and so on. This means profitability.
Learning about people will be emotionally and financially rewarding. When you spend time with people that you don't know who have jobs you'd never take or have never had, you learn so much by listening. As you get to know more about these people and how they think, you will be rewarded over and over in the future.
WHY DO SOME PEOPLE SUCCEED AND OTHERS DON'T?
ANSWER: Successful people make an effort to understand what really makes people tick...what motivates them...why they make the choices they make.

MLM is a People Business. And that's it.
It's all of us together. Doing business together allows us to build an effect much greater that the sum of the parts. Your people buy your products and so do their people and so forth. Everyone makes a profit.
The most rewarding thing is learning about people. You will gain a lot spending time with people you don't know. They do jobs you'd never think of doing, but you should just listen to what they have to say. It's fascinating. Ask questions and learn. As you spend time with other people and learn how they think, you will be rewarded over and over in the future.
This is not for recruiting purposes. It's for RELATING PURPOSES.
Successful people makes sure they understand other people.
